CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:
- The Microsoft IntelliType Pro software version 1.0 is installed
on the computer.
- You are using the keyboard on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based
computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and then install version 2.1 of the Microsoft
IntelliType Pro software. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
