FIX: Access Violation While Running TPC-C Benchmarks on Windows 2000 and Windows XP (254194)

In Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP, an access violation may occur during TPC-C benchmarks when more than one BenchCraft driver process is hosted on a single computer. This bug prevents running large TPC-C benchmarks on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
This problem may occur in COM+ applications under high load.
