SYMPTOMS

When you use the Internet Authentication Service (IAS) with Compulsory tunnels, IAS does not format the tunnel password attribute correctly. This applies only when you are using Compulsory tunnels.

NOTE: This is specified incorrectly in the Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) Tunnel draft.
