XL98: Some Keys Don't Function and Others Cause Unexpected Results (254033)

When you type certain keys, the active cell may move unexpectedly, or you may experience the following behaviors:
Key Unexpected action
------------------------------------------------------
f The Print Screen dialog box is displayed.
h The Page Setup dialog box is displayed.
i The selected cell moves down about 50 rows.
w Nothing is entered in the cell.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- You are using a Power Macintosh G4.
- There is a minor problem in your copy of Mac OS 9.
RESOLUTION
The only known resolution is to perform a Clean Install of your Macintosh Operating System.
