SYMPTOMS

After you install Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server on a cluster, your World Wide Web Service (W3Svc) and File Transfer Protocol Service (Msftpsvc) are not set to manual.

STATUS

This behavior is by design. Setup maintains the settings that you specified for these services before you installed Exchange 2000.
