XADM: Exchange/foldersize Is Not Being Calculated Correctly for Public Folders (251964)

After a public folder is created, and messages are delivered or posted to it, you may notice the following symptoms:
When you use the property of exchange/foldersize with a Web Distributed Authoring Version (DAV) prop get command, the returned total size of all items is larger than the actual size of the folder. An example of this is:
Actual size: 1037 bytes
Reported by exchange/foldersize: 1821 bytes
