This article was previously published under Q249919 SYMPTOMS
During synchronization when you are using the Offline Files feature, you may receive a Resolve File Conflict dialog box to resolve differing versions of a file locally and on the network. You must respond to a Resolve File Conflict dialog box for each file that conflicts. You may potentially have hundreds of conflicts, forcing you to respond to hundreds of dialog boxes.
RESOLUTION
The only resolution or workaround currently is to click OK in each dialog box.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATION
A conflict in Offline Files occurs when you mark a file for offline usage, take the file home on a laptop computer, make changes to the file, return to work and reconnect to the office network, and find that the file that you changed offline has had changes made to the online server copy also. When this occurs, you are prompted to make a decision regarding what version of the file to save.
