If you switch to another language, such as German, while using the Microsoft Office 2000 Language Pack, you may see a blank button under Secure e-mail on the Security tab of the Options dialog box.

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
