XWEB: OWA Cannot Set Bcc or Cc Display Option on a Per-User Basis (249493)

In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA), you can only set the visibility of the Cc and Bcc address fields on a per-message basis. You should be able to set this on a per-user basis.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
