SYMPTOMS

When you open the Inbox view in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), the Microsoft Internet Explorer status bar does not display the total number of items in the Inbox. This functionality exists in earlier versions of OWA.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
