To create an Xterm shortcut, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, point to Taskbar, point to Start Menu Program, and then point to Add.
  2. Enter the command: %windir%\system32\psxrun.exe c:\interix\bin\ksh -l -c "//C/Interix/usr/X11R5/bin/xterm &"
  3. Click Next, select Desktop at the top of the screen, and then type a name for the Xterm shortcut.
  4. Add any other desired customization.
  5. To start the program, start X11 server, and then click the Xterm shortcut.
