SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following error message:
Setup could not retrieve Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 results.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if there is not enough space available to install Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows is installed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, increase the amount of available space on the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows is installed to 200 megabytes (MB) or more, and then run Setup again.
