Works 2000 Word Processor: Normal and Page Layout Commands Are Missing (245790)

SYMPTOMS

The Normal command and the Page Layout command are no longer available on the View menu in Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue:
  1. Start Works 2000 Word Processor.
  2. Open the document you want.
  3. On the View menu, click Zoom.
  4. Use one of the following options:

    • Click Margin Width to view the document in a format that is similar to the Normal view available in previous versions of Works Word Processor.

    • Click Page Width to view the document in a format that is similar to the Page Layout view available in previous versions of Works Word Processor.
  5. Click OK.
