Keyring Help File Not Found When You Select 'Help Topics' from Key Manager Help Menu (244376)

SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Windows 2000, when you attempt to access Help for Key Manager from the Site Server Management Console, you may receive the following error message:
Windows Help
Cannot find the c:\WINNT\help\iis\winhelp\keyring.hlp file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?

CAUSE

The help file location changed in Windows 2000.

RESOLUTION

Click Yes in the error message dialog box and browse to search the following location: 

%systemroot%winnt\system32\inetsrv

Then select and open Keyring.hlp. Key Manager will remember the location of the Help file from this point forward.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Site Server 3.0.
