XML Envelope of the AddHeader Component Is Not Y2K Compliant (242909)

SYMPTOMS

The UTCDATETIME tag, which is generated by the AddHeader component in the envelope of the CIP/CIPM message, is in the format of mm/dd/yy.

CAUSE

The UTCDATETIME tag is not Y2K compliant.

RESOLUTION
