XCCC: Running Terminal Server and Data-Video Conferencing on the Same Server (242182)

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Terminal Server client to connect and try to establish a NetMeeting Data-Video conference, you may experience the following behavior:
  • NetMeeting displays a dialog box five times, prompting you to click OK after you verify which camera to use. After five times, the My Video window in the My Call area is blank. You lose the ability to receive video as well.
  • You can use Phone Dialer to make a call, and you seem to make a valid connection, but you are unable to see your own video or the other person's video.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
