Non-Administrators Can Modify Profile Locations in Windows NT Registry (242013)

SYMPTOMS

When you log on to a Windows NT-based computer with a domain account that does not have administrator privileges, you are able to change the location of the administrator profile in the Windows NT registry to refer to another location.

RESOLUTION

Windows NT Server or Workstation 4.0
