Internet Explorer 5 Does Not Run Scheduled Tasks (241179)

When you use the task scheduler in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, some scheduled tasks may not run.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you schedule a task to run within one minute of the time you schedule the task.
NOTE: The task scheduler in Internet Explorer 5 runs once a minute to run scheduled tasks that are in the queue for that time. If you schedule a task after the start of a minute, the task is queued to run at that time the next day.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer service pack that contains this hotfix.
