XWEB: Inbox Is Displayed When You Open a Post from Your Favorites Page or Bookmarks in OWA (241069)

When you are using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) and you try to open a post that had been bookmarked or added to your Favorites page, the Inbox is displayed instead.
CAUSE
Even though the message is highlighted when you click either Favorites or Bookmarks from the Menu bar, the URL is still pointing to the Inbox address instead of the specific message address.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue in Internet Explorer, right-click the post, and then click Add to Favorites. To work around this problem in Netscape Navigator, right-click the post, and then click Add Bookmark. The status line displays the correct URL.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
