OL98: Error Message Unable to Find File Newsubsc.oft with Terminal Server (240274)

SYMPTOMS

If you use Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, and you send a subscription for Net Folders, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to find file newsubsc.oft. Subscriptions not sent.

RESOLUTION

On the server, copy the \Winnt\Forms\Frmcache.dat file to each user's individual forms folder. The user's forms folder is usually located at <UserHomeDirectory>\Windows\Forms.
