SYMPTOMS

The Emergency Recovery Disk-related topics in Microsoft Backup Help incorrectly state that you can create an Emergency Recovery disk.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because of an error in the Help file. The Emergency Recovery Disk feature exists in the full version of the Seagate Backup program, not in the version included in Windows 98.
