Works Suite 2000: Sound Skips During the Getting Started Movie (240009)

When you start Microsoft Works Suite 2000 and play the Getting Started movie, the sound may skip while the movie plays.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true: - You run Works Suite 2000 on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based
computer.
- The most up-to-date version of MacroMedia ShockWave Director is
installed on your computer.
NOTE: The movie is played in Microsoft Picture It! Express, a program that is included with Works Suite 2000.
