RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, configure the Notification feature to dial your pager or another telephone number:

  1. Start Microsoft Call Manager.
  2. Click Mailbox Setup.
  3. Right-click the mailbox configured with the Notification feature, and then click Properties.
  4. Under Notification, click Settings.
  5. In the Where To Notify Me box, type the telephone number for your pager or another telephone number where you want to be contacted.

MORE INFORMATION

The Notification feature of Call Manager is designed to notify you at remote locations when you have new messages. As message notification is unique for each mailbox, you must enable the Notification feature for each mailbox you want to use this feature with.
