If you want to use MSN, The Microsoft Network, in Windows 2000, you can manually configure MSN for dial-up Internet access, e-mail, and newsgroups by using the following procedures to configure these services.
NOTE: You must already have an MSN membership; you cannot currently set up a new account in Windows 2000.
The MSN client is not a part of the Windows 2000 distribution CD-ROM.
