SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install a program included in Encarta Reference Suite 2000, you may be prompted to choose between the following options:
  • Remove All

  • Exit Setup

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
  • Encarta Reference Suite 2000 is installed on your computer.

  • You previously removed the program you want to install.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Encarta Reference Suite 2000.

MORE INFORMATION

You cannot reinstall an individual program included in Encarta Reference Suite 2000 without first removing all of the programs included in Encarta Reference Suite 2000.
