VIZACT: Interactive Bullets Do Not Work Properly When Sent from Word to Outlook (237668)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Word to send a page as an e-mail message, or you have Outlook 2000 configured to use Word as the e-mail editor and you use Vizact 2000 to send a page as an e-mail message, the images used for the interactive bullets do not appear in the e-mail message.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, do not use Microsoft Word to send the page as an e-mail message. If you have Outlook 2000 configured to use Microsoft Word as the e-mail editor, you must disable this setting before you send the page as an e-mail message in Vizact. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. In Outlook 2000, click Options on the Tools menu.
  2. Click the Mail Format tab.
  3. Click to clear the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box, and then click OK.
