Err Msg: Start Date Must be in the Format ##/##/## or ##/##/#### (237252)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Find by "Date Run" in the Analysis Reports module, the following message is displayed repeatedly:
Start Date must be in the format ##/##/## or ##/##/####
When this occurs, you cannot access the calendar control to select a valid date.

CAUSE

If you manually type in an invalid entry in the From or To Edit field and the calendar control is selected, the calendar control will attempt to display the data, which causes the message to appear.

This is by design.

RESOLUTION

Use the calendar control.

WORKAROUND

Manually type in a valid date in the form ##/##/## or ##/##/####.
