PRB: Installed CAB Doesn't Appear in Downloaded Program Files (236980)

When trying to install a Distribution Unit Archiving Utility (Dubuild) CAB file using Internet Explorer 5.0, you will notice that the Distribution Unit (DU) does not appear in the Downloaded Program Files folder in Windows Explorer, although you will see that the classes are properly installed in the registry.
CAUSE
Packages marked as system packages will not appear in the
Downloaded Program Files folder when installed through Internet Explorer 5.0, and they should not be removed. This is a new feature of Internet Explorer 5.0.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
