Vizact: Recently Used List Changes To Zero When You Set It To Higher Than 20 (236709)

SYMPTOMS

If you type a number greater than 20 in the Recently Used File List box on the General tab in the Options dialog box, close it, and then reopen it, the value in the Recently Used File List box changes to zero.

CAUSE

In Vizact, the Recently Used File List box doesn't recognize a value greater than 20.

RESOLUTION

Set a value lower than 20 in the Recently Used File List box.
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. In the Recently Used File List box, type a number less than 20.
  4. Click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
