VIZACT: Prompted to Reboot after Changing Display Settings (236642)

If you change your display settings while Vizact is open, you may receive the following error message after you apply the display change:
You must restart your computer before the new settings will take effect.
Do you want to restart your computer now?
However, if Vizact is not open, you are not prompted to restart your computer after applying display changes.

The modified display setting is in effect when the message appears. If you click No, you may continue to use Vizact as normal at the new display settings without restarting the computer.
If you close Vizact and then make the change to the display settings, you will not be prompted to restart.
It is suggested that you close Vizact, and restart your computer before continuing to work within Vizact.
