VIZACT: Formatting Menu and Toolbar Unavailable When Text Is Not Selected (236628)

SYMPTOMS

When you work on a page, some commands, such as Bold, Italics, Underline, Font, and Font Size are unavailable (grayed out). Font is also unavailable on the Format menu.

CAUSE

In Vizact, you must first select the text you want to apply the formatting to. Vizact will not allow you to format text without first selecting it.

and then double-click font attributes, format text.
