SYMPTOMS

The following Microsoft IntelliType version 1.1 files remain on your hard disk after you install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software:
  • Kbsnd32.dll
  • Msinput.dll
  • Point32.dll
  • Point32.exe

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

These files are shared files that are not deleted when you install the IntelliType Pro software. By default, these files are located in the following folder

drive:\Msinput

where drive is the drive letter of the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows is installed.
