Cannot Open Desktop Themes After Uninstalling Plus! for Kids (232927)

SYMPTOMS

After you uninstall Microsoft Plus! for Kids, you may be unable to start the Desktop Themes tool in Control Panel.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because uninstalling Microsoft Plus! for Kids removes the path information that points to the Themes.exe file.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, uninstall Desktop Themes, and then reinstall Desktop Themes.
