SYMPTOMS

When you use Eudora Internet Mail Version 4.1 to read a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) formatted e-mail message and you click a scroll button that is on top of a Web link, Internet Explorer may start.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, configure Eudora Internet Mail version 4.1 to use plain text e-mail messages. To do this, contact Eudora.

NOTE: You can use the keyboard to scroll in Internet Explorer.
