Web View Displays Wrong Background Image (232796)

SYMPTOMS

When you view a folder that has the Web View feature enabled, you may not see the correct Desktop Themes background image.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you use user profiles on your computer.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

Desktop Themes does not work correctly with user profiles. If you select a custom background in one user profile, the background is displayed in all profiles.
