When you connect the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) port on your computer, Device Manager may report an incorrect number of available ports for both the General Purpose Hub on the Natural Keyboard Pro and the USB Root Hub.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, version 1.0.
