Unable to Scroll Through the WebTV Program Guide Listing (232321)
The information in this article applies to:
This article was previously published under Q232321 SYMPTOMS
When you view Microsoft WebTV for Windows Program Guide, the gray left arrow icon next to a program in a channel does not scroll the program listing to an earlier time.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, scroll the entire program listing to an earlier time. To do this, press the LEFT ARROW key on your keyboard or click the scroll bar at the bottom of the program listing.
MORE INFORMATION
The gray arrow icons next to a program in a channel are used to indicate that the current program starts or ends outside of the displayed time period. For example, if you are viewing the program listing from 9:00 P.M. through 11:00 P.M., a gray right arrow would mean that the selected program ends after 11:00 P.M. Although the gray right arrow does scroll the program listing to a later time, the gray left arrow does not scroll the program listing to an earlier time.
