SYMPTOMS

When you try to configure a Dial-Up Networking connection to use the "shotgun" device from the Diamond Multimedia Shotgun program, "shotgun" may be missing from the list of available devices.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because of a problem with the Diamond Multimedia Shotgun.inf file.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Diamond Multimedia to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
