  • Microsoft Outlook 2000

This article was previously published under Q231286

SUMMARY

Unlike other Microsoft Office programs, Outlook does not support automating the Visual Basic Editor.

MORE INFORMATION

The Outlook object model does not make available the VBE object that is exposed through the Application object of the other Microsoft Office programs. Therefore, it is not possible to programmatically perform such functions as adding code, manipulating projects, resizing windows, and working with CommandBars in the Visual Basic Editor.
