BUG: DrawEdge API's BF_DIAGONAL_XXXXX Flags Can Cause Incorrect Diagonals (230767)

SYMPTOMS

When using the DrawEdge API, the BF_DIAGONAL_xxxx flags should cause a diagonal line to be drawn between the corners of the given rectangle. Depending on the rectangle dimensions, these lines may not correctly traverse the rectangle from corner to corner. This is a known bug on Microsoft Windows 98, Windows NT, and Windows XP.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
