Site Server Upgrade Deletes CRS Directory (229620)

SYMPTOMS

Files located under the CRS 2.0 default directory are deleted during the upgrade to Site Server 3.0. If the same directory contains other data, that data is deleted as well.

WORKAROUND

Make a backup copy of the data before upgrading.
