FP2000: Component Not Added to Page When Using Lightweight Source Control (229585)

If you add an item to a page that is under Lightweight Source Control, the item is not added to the page.
CAUSE
If a web is under Lightweight Source Control, only authorized users have
permissions to change files. Adding an item to a page is considered to be
a change in the page.
RESOLUTION
To add to a page, you must first check the page out. Add the component that you want, and check the page in.
