Cannot Select Left or Right Pane in Windows Help (229196)

When you perform a search on a Windows Help topic and then press TAB, an arrow key, or ENTER to select the right pane, the right pane does not become the active pane.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use the keyboard shortcuts to switch between the left and right panes in Windows Help:
To switch from the left pane to the right pane:
- Press ALT+O to display the Options menu.
- Press T to hide the tabs. The left pane is closed and the right pane is displayed.
To switch from the right pane to the left pane:
- Press ALT+O to display the Options menu.
- Press T to show the tabs. The left pane is opened.
- Press ALT+C to display the Contents tab. The left pane is selected.
