Cannot Uninstall Norton "Your Eyes Only" in Windows 2000 (227697)

SYMPTOMS

Although you can install and run the Norton Your Eyes Only software in Windows 2000, you cannot uninstall it using the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. If you try to do so, the Uninstall wizard starts, but no progress is ever indicated on the progress bar. If you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then click Task Manager, Task Manager shows that the program is not responding.
