SYMPTOMS

After you have completed the Customize This Folder Wizard, the background picture that you wanted is not displayed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Classic Style option is enabled for the Windows Desktop Update component.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Folder Options.
  2. Click Web Style, click Apply, and then click OK.
