Cannot View Help Topic Using Keyboard Shortcuts in My Briefcase (227063)

After you open the Update My Briefcase dialog box in My Briefcase, you may not be able to select a document by pressing the TAB key. Also, if you press the F1 key to run Windows Help, you may receive the following message:

RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use the arrow keys to select the document you want to update. To display the Windows Help topic in the Update My Briefcase dialog box, first select the document you want to update, press SHIFT+F10, press UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW to select What's
This?, and then press ENTER.

Pressing F1 starts Windows Help if there is no document in My Briefcase.
