SYMPTOMS

When a program is licensed for a particular time zone, and a computer in that time zone starts the program, the computer is reported to be using an unlicensed program and the license requirements are not enforced.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 2.0.
