After you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000, the NEC Card Wizard program may no longer function. When you run the program, it may immediately stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
The version of the NEC Card Wizard program you are using is designed specifically for Windows NT 4.0.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact NECT to inquire about obtaining a version of this program that is compatible with Windows 2000.
