SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project, when you view the document properties for a project, custom document properties are not listed.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when you view the custom document properties for a project that has been opened from a database. Custom document properties are not saved with a project that is saved in any database format.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
