How to Add Internet Explorer Components on SBS Server (225360)

SYMPTOMS

When you add additional components to Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on a Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) computer, you are prompted with the following message:

Please insert the CD used to install Internet Explorer 5 components

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, insert the first CD of the SBS installation CDs, and then click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Small Business Server 4.5.
